Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with Warda! We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Please carefully review our return and exchange policy below to ensure everything goes smoothly:
Exchanges Only
- We do not accept returns for refunds. However, if you would like to exchange an item, we are happy to assist under the following conditions:
- The item is in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- The anti-wardrobing tag is still attached and intact.
- The exchange request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Exchanges are allowed for items of equal value only.
Anti-Wardrobing Tag
To protect against wardrobing, each item comes with an anti-wardrobing tag. Please note that if the tag is removed or damaged, we will be unable to accept any exchanges. We appreciate your understanding in this matter, as this tag is an important part of our policy.
How to Exchange
- To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@wardabyfatine.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange.
- Once we receive your request, we’ll provide you with detailed instructions on how to complete the exchange.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the exchange process.
Sale or Discounted Items
All sale or discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure that you are fully satisfied with these items before completing your purchase.
Exchanging for a Different Size or Color
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us immediately at info@wardabyfatine.com We’ll guide you through the process, but please note that exchanges for size or color are subject to availability.
Shipping for Exchanges
You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. However, we’ll cover the shipping for sending the exchanged item back to you.
Items Must Be Securely Packaged
Please ensure that any items you wish to exchange are securely packaged in their original, undamaged packaging to prevent any damage during return shipping. Items that are returned damaged due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted.
